Your practitioner may assess you for signs and symptoms of mood/emotional imbalances, anger, anxiety and excessive worrying which may manifest as physical exhaustion, weight gain, eating disorders and insomnia. Through a process of counselling, yoga nidra, pranayama and meditative practices your personal mentor will help you find this inner balance.

Finding balance is the key to a healthy and harmonious life. Our Mind-Body Balance sessions evaluate your current state of equilibrium and look for opportunities to enhance your wellbeing. Your personal mentor will check for any imbalances in emotions or mood, as well as signs of anger, anxiety or excessive worrying, which may manifest themselves as physical exhaustion, weight gain, eating disorders or insomnia. Using intuitive counselling, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and meditative practices, they will gradually assist you in regaining your sense of inner balance to promote greater harmony in your everyday life.

Everything you choose to discuss with our practitioners is entirely voluntary and confidential. The intention for these sessions is to provide a safe and friendly environment where you can discuss any health issues or concerns, as well as pre-existing conditions that may be affecting your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual wellbeing. After carefully listening to your needs, our practitioners will offer recommendations for you to consider that will help address your concerns and move closer towards your wellness goals.

What kind of health conditions can be discussed?

Our Naturopaths can assist with an extensive range of health issues, including the management of certain chronic conditions. We ask you to share thorough details of your current medical conditions and any medicines you may be taking to ensure that any recommendations made by our practitioners complement your current treatment plan.

What if I live outside of Thailand?

How do I join a session online?

Our online sessions take place using the Zoom video and audio conferencing application. Our confirmation email will include a Zoom meeting invitation consisting of a URL link, a meeting ID number and a meeting password. Approximately five minutes before the start of your appointment, please click on the link to join the arranged meeting. You will see a notification informing you that you are waiting for the meeting organiser (Kamalaya) to let you into the virtual meeting room. These few minutes provide an excellent opportunity to test your audio signal and microphone settings so that you are all ready to go. Your practitioner will then welcome you into the meeting room, and your consultation will begin.

How do I end a meeting online?

After your session ends, you can leave the meeting by pressing the ‘Leave Meeting’ button. If you have no other Zoom meetings planned for the rest of your day, you may choose to quit the Zoom application.
